Air Mattress Incident (Part 2)

Ok, so you heard about my air mattress. A couple of days ago things got worse. Another seam broke off as I had predicted. It's amazing how large the mattress can stretch because the resulting bump was humongus. The bed became slanted and it was hard to sleep. Also the bed was so big it had deformed into an oval shape. It used to be rectangular. Being oval, it actually extends to my bathroom door. I finally broke down and had to buy a replacement.

I did research and a regular queen sized mattress would have cost around $300 and an air mattress around $30-60. I was only gonna be in Ohio for one more year.

So, I went to Walmart today and bought a $40 queen sized air mattress. I had to purchase the air pump too. I have to throw away the old pump because it was integrated into the old mattress.
The new mattress is smaller and it has an integrated pillow. The seams are more comfortable to sleep on too. The longitudinal seams of the old mattress were very uncomfortable. Then, my sheets now fit perfectly.
